With its facilities moved to San Jose, located 25 meters north from Hotel Europa, and a larger space, Laboratorios Fide fully dedicates to satisfying in great volume much of the injectable products that the CCSS should have imported (sometimes at a very high price without national alternatives), such as diluents, injectable B complex, potassium chloride, and Pañalito cream (by petition of the Children’s Hospital that was in desperate need of a cream for Diaper Rash). The last one maintains the undisputed leadership in the Central American market, while still undergoing a constant evolution.
